Open Positions

WETT Certified Technician
Solid fuel inspection and evaluation role. Requires valid WETT certification and professional reporting standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate solid fuel–burning systems (wood stoves, fireplaces, chimneys, connectors, venting)
- Perform WETT inspections (Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 — as certified)
- Document deficiencies, clearances, safety risks, and recommended corrections
- Produce clear written reports suitable for homeowners, insurers, and real estate transactions
- Maintain a clean, professional presence on-site
Requirements (must-have)
- Current WETT certification (proof required)
- Minimum 2 years practical experience with solid fuel systems OR verified inspection volume
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in attics/roofs/variable conditions safely (role dependent)
Assets (nice-to-have)
- Experience producing insurance-ready / realtor-ready inspection reports
- Experience with cottage/rural properties and older installations
- Comfortable coordinating with other trades on remediation scopes
313D Refrigeration & A/C Systems Mechanic
Experienced HVAC/R role focused on professional diagnostics, service, and clean finished installs.
Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC/R equipment (residential/light commercial—depending on scope)
- Perform maintenance, system checks, and professional troubleshooting
- Communicate findings clearly to customers and document work completed
- Maintain clean work standards and protect customer property
Requirements (must-have)
- Valid 313D certification (proof required)
- Minimum 3 years field experience post-certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and communicate professionally
- Own basic hand tools suitable for service work
Assets (nice-to-have)
- Experience with rural/cottage service calls
- Comfortable with documentation, photos, and clean “finished” presentation
- Any gas-related licensing or experience (do not specify in application if not applicable)
Licensed Gas Technician (G2 / G1)
Experienced residential gas technician focused on clean installs, service calls, troubleshooting, and professional customer interaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Install, service, and troubleshoot residential gas appliances and piping systems
- Perform generator hook-ups, BBQ lines, appliance connections, and system diagnostics
- Conduct safe testing, leak checks, and proper documentation
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide professional recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and protect customer property
Requirements (must-have)
- Valid G2 or G1 gas technician license (proof required)
- Minimum 3 years field experience (G2) or 5+ years (G1 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of residential gas code and safe installation practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own professional-grade hand tools suitable for service work
Assets (nice-to-have)
- Experience with generator installs and outdoor gas lines
- Experience working in rural or cottage environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Comfortable working independently and managing daily schedule
